This billboard sits at a busy curve filled with traffic on most days in Beirut. Behind it is an old building that has been slated for demolition at least for a few years, and is being razed at the time of the photo. The building's old architecture makes it somewhat unique in its location in Clemenceau, which has largely been gentrified in the last couple decades unlike neighboring Ain Al Mreisse, which has largely kept its traditional character. The luxury ad and the ruined building offer a nice contrast of old and new.
